This website is operated by Collectors Bodega LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our TCG cards and products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, grading opinions, condition assessments, or other content are always 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

All collectibles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or listings.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include but is not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Inventory errors

  • Payment issues

  • Shipping restrictions or address concerns

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack and ship all orders in a timely manner.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns or refunds may only be granted in cases where the item received is incorrect or significantly different from the order placed.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be considered fraudulent. We strongly encourage customers to reach out directly so we can resolve any concerns quickly.

We reserve the right to contest all improper chargebacks with full documentation, including order details, tracking information, and communication records.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes but is not limited to shipping delays, carrier damage, or loss of packages once shipped.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
