Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. Orders may ship sooner depending on volume and availability.

During high-volume periods (sales, drops, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods

We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.

Shipping options available at checkout may include standard and expedited services.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.


Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or locate the shipment.

We are happy to assist where possible, but final delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.


Packaging

All items are securely packaged to help ensure safe delivery. We take care to protect trading cards, products and collectibles during shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to United States. International shipping may be available depending on the destination and carrier restrictions.
