Return & Shipping Policy

At Collectors Bodega, we take care to package and ship every order securely and accurately.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit

  • Damage caused during shipping or handling by the carrier

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives incorrect or significantly damaged before shipment.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • There was an error with your order caused by us

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

We reserve the right to deny return or refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

DISCLAIMER: Minor factory imperfections on sealed products or card grading expectations are not grounds for return.
